it’s hard to deny that we are living at a very unique time in history and it's one that your children will probably reference throughout their lives. Their own children and grandchildren may very well study it in their history classes. So, what better way to help them remember exactly what it was like, than a time capsule?

Well, thanks to Natalie Long, of Long Creations, you can do just that. For free! She has produced this fantastic 11-page PDF document to help you child keep a record of what was going on at this point in time, what they were doing and how they were feeling.

Each of the 11 pages features places for your child to write or draw what is going on in their world, including:
  • All About Me Today
  • How I’m Feeling
  • My Community
  • What I’m Doing to Keep Busy
  • Handprints
  • A Letter to Myself
  • An Interview with My Parents
  • A Letter from My Parents
  • And more...

It’s a great chance for children to be able to collect and record their thoughts about this time and be able to look back on them some day.

And in an incredible act of kindness, Long is offering the printable free on her Facebook page.

In an interview with her local newspaper, she said:
“Everybody financially is quite strained right now, everybody is stressed out and many parent are at home with their kids because the kids aren’t going to school. I don’t want to profit off of something like this.”
Well, thank you Natalie - from parents and teachers everywhere!
