About Me
Hi everyone! I'm Ruth, a year four teacher from Manchester, UK. I've been teaching for seven years and have spent the majority of my career in EYFS/KS1 before moving to KS2 in 2018. Before teaching I worked for SureStart Children's Centres to deliver a wide variety of services designed to support children’s learning skills, health and well-being, and social and emotional development.
I am passionate about hands-on learning, and believe that my pupils make me a better teacher! I am always looking for new approaches to better meet the needs of my pupils, to make a difference in their lives and motivate them! I decided to combine my love and knowledge of technology with the many teaching ideas I have floating around my head and began making resources and selling them on Teachers Pay Teachers and TES. Now the next logical steps seems to be blogging and Instagramming. |
My goal is to provide unique ideas and quality resources to help teachers (and parents) keep their students engaged and in love with learning. Be sure to follow me on my social media channels to get some fun resources, ideas, and motivation for your students!!
